Jacksonville Place does not allow subletting only releasing; your son/daughter/guarantee will need to pay a transfer fee and the replacement will have to sign a new lease to take over the rest of your son/daughter/guarantee’s lease term.
Off Nisbet Street (Hwy 204) behind Church of Christ Student Center & next to Dollar General. From Campus on Pelham Road: Go west on Nisbet Street (State Route 204). Pass the Chief ladiga Walking Trail and the Church of Christ and turn right into Jacksonville Place. I-20 W: Exit 185 - toward Anniston/Oxford. Merge onto Hwy 21 North. Go through Oxford, Anniston, the Fort McClellan area and into the city of Jacksonville ~ Approximately 15 miles. Continuing north on Hwy 21, there is a Hardee's restaurant and a Chevron gas station on your right. Follow Hwy. 21 North through the town square. Turn left at the traffic light onto Nesbit Street. Jacksonville Place is directly behind the Student Center.
